This studio bungalow is built in a friendly wooden surf shack style and sits approximately 400 meters up a hillside on a secluded private road. Backed by jungle and overlooking the coastline, it offers open views across Playa Santa Teresa.
The atmosphere combines privacy and proximity. While it is only a few minutes uphill from the main road, the elevation provides a quiet setting surrounded by nature. Beaches, surf rentals, and a grocery store are all within 5–10 minutes walking distance.
The studio is located on the ground level of the house and has its own independent entrance. From the terrace, guests can enjoy jungle views on one side and ocean views in front. A newly built terrace includes a couch on the side and a small outdoor sitting area in front.
