Designed in a warm surf-inspired wooden style, the property blends simplicity, comfort, and privacy. The expansive terrace and outdoor living areas allow you to fully experience the surrounding jungle and ocean views.
The house accommodates up to 5 guests across three bedrooms and provides all essential comforts for a relaxed stay close to the beach and town.
THE SPACE
The house is built in a warm and friendly wooden surf-shack style. It sits approximately 400 meters up a hillside on a secluded private road, backed by jungle and overlooking Playa Santa Teresa. From the famous surf break Suck Rock in the north to La Lora in the south, the views stretch across the bay.
It is about a ten-minute uphill walk from the main road. The elevation provides privacy and uninterrupted views. The beach, surf rentals, and a grocery store are all within 10–15 minutes walking distance.
The layout includes:
• A spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ocean views
• A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and shelving
• A third smaller bedroom with a single bed
The outdoor kitchen, large balcony, and spacious deck extend the living space into nature. Many guests decide whether and where to surf directly from the balcony, watching the waves with coffee or fresh juice in hand.
The host lives nearby and is available to provide local tips, recommendations, or assistance during your stay.
