This wooden house is built in a warm and friendly surf shack style. Set approximately 400 meters up a hillside on a secluded private road, it is backed by jungle and overlooks Playa Santa Teresa, with views stretching from the well-known surf break Suck Rock in the north down to La Lora in the south.

It is about a ten-minute uphill walk from the main road. The elevation provides privacy and expansive views. The beach, surf rentals, and a grocery store are all within 10–15 minutes walking distance.

The house includes:

• A spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ocean views
• A second, cozier bedroom with a queen-size bed and shelving
• A third smaller bedroom with a single bed

The large outdoor kitchen, expansive balcony, and spacious deck extend the living space into nature. Many mornings begin on the balcony with coffee or fresh juice while watching the waves and deciding where to surf.

The host lives nearby and is available to provide local recommendations or assistance during your stay.
